Register your child for our Daycare- Hoops Academy or Private Training. Complete the form below and submit payment to secure your spot.
Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
To secure your child’s spot, payment must be completed by June 5. Registration is confirmed once payment is received.
